Vision Statement
My vision is simple – to help people return to a state of calm, clarity, and inner balance in a world that rarely slows down. I create spaces where sound, breath, and stillness meet; spaces where we can release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with ourselves.
Mindful Sound Journeys was born from my own understanding of how difficult it is to stop, to be still, to turn inward. For years I was caught in the rhythm of constant doing, until I began to explore sound, meditation, and presence. Through these practices, I discovered how even a few moments of true rest can transform the quality of life – how peace, clarity, and a deep sense of being at home within yourself slowly return.
Now, I hold space for others to experience the same – guiding them back to stillness, balance, and self-connection through sound, breath, and mindful awareness.
My Offerings
Through thoughtfully crafted sessions combining sound healing, pranayama, gentle movement, and Yoga Nidra, my intention is to guide others toward balance, calm, and self-discovery.
Mindful Sound Journeys embodies this vision through three signature experiences: each designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system balance, and personal transformation.
Participants are invited to travel inward – from sound, to breath, to rest – cultivating awareness, balance, and inner peace.

1. Mindful Sound Journey
Immersive Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation Duration: 60 – 75 minutes
A meditative experience guided by the healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan Full Moon singing bowls, Tingsha bells, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. This immersive sound journey supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest inviting the body to restore itself naturally through resonance and frequency.
1:1 Therapeutic Sound Healing
In addition to group sound baths, individual sessions offer a more personalised experience, intuitively tailored to your energetic needs. Through focused use of sound frequencies, intention, and vibrational resonance, these sessions help release blockages, balance the chakras, and support emotional and energetic realignment.

2. Mindful Breath Journey
Gentle Movement & Pranayama for Calm and Balance
Duration: 45 minutes
A slow-paced, grounding session combining gentle seated movement, breath awareness, and subtle sound immersion. We begin with intuitive stretches to open the body and create space for the breath, followed by pranayama techniques such as Anulom Vilom and Nadi Shodhana both designed to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. While Anulom Vilom balances the flow of breath between both nostrils, Nadi Shodhana specifically focuses on purifying the subtle energy channels (nadis), supporting energetic clarity and inner balance. The session closes with the soothing tones of singing bowls, integrating the breathwork and grounding the energy in stillness.
Ideal for: calming the mind, improving focus, balancing energy, preparing for deeper meditation or Yoga Nidra.

3. Mindful Rest Journey
Deep Relaxation through Yoga Nidra
Duration: 45–60 minutes
A guided Yoga Nidra practice that takes participants into a state between wakefulness and sleep; a deeply restorative experience promoting physical rest and mental clarity. Through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation, this journey allows the subconscious to unwind and the body to regenerate naturally.
Ideal for: chronic stress, fatigue, anxiety, and mental overactivity.

Experience
Over 15 years of experience working with people in dynamic, high-pressure environments has given me deep insight into resilience, emotional regulation, and human connection.
I now bring that experience into Mindful Sound Journeys; creating spaces that support nervous system balance, emotional healing, and inner calm through sound, movement, and mindfulness.
